A bearing consisting of a one or more internal layers of elastomer bonded to internal steel laminates by the process of vulcanisation. The bearing caters of translation and / or rotation of the superstructure by elastic deformation.

  • In House Design, manufacturing & Testing as per IRC:83 (Part II)- 1987 and UIC 772R (RDSO spec.).

  • 1000 X 700 X 128 mm. 800 X 620 X 172 mm
  • Supplied to more than 1000 Bridges & several lacs quantity in cubic centimeters installed in installed in India.
 
Tricon Seismic Restrainer Bearings
These Bearings are installed in Vertical Profile Between the Substructure & Superstructure Segment. These Bearings provide resistance from Impact of Horizontal forces to the structural members. Vertical Stopper Bearings can be of Fixed & Sliding Type. These Bearings are installed with positive locating devices fixed with top & bottom plates vulcanized with the bearings. Consists of a number of Elastomer Layers sandwiched between mild steel laminates as per Standard Laminated Elastomeric Bearing. Reinforcement of Steel laminate in between elastomer layers provides Load bearing capacity especially the Horizontal forces.
